Our server John was very welcoming and went over the drink menu and food menu and did a great job of explaining everything to us. The crafted cocktails were well balanced and delicious. The meals we ordered were great and the atmosphere with the sunset was perfect
The location at the waterfront in the heart of Kailua-Kona is tough to beat. Parking is complimentary too, just register your license plate number with the host. The service is excellent as well. Informative and sincerely helpful and attentive. A great restaurant to watch the sunset from. Unlike many restaurants with amazing views, the food was excellent too. No wonder it’s been around since 1969.
I had a great experience, my waiter Tom was very kind and attentive. He provided great suggestions and provided a great service. The atmosphere was amazing... it was storming and raining but sitting by the water I got to experience the restaurant without getting wet. The food was too notch I ordered the Pork Chop with double mashed and was not disappointed. The dessert was amazing as well, it came highly recommended by Tom and I was very pleased with it. Overall the service, atmosphere and food was superb.
We had a great experience here. They don’t do reservations, so we had a short wait for table, but able to order a very tasty cocktail in the bar while we waited. It is a great place to watch the sunset. Food was wonderful and shrimp was cooked perfect. Make sure and get parking validated with hostess.
Our food was absolutely delicious. We were able to eat steak and fish while overlooking the ocean at sunset. Service was great as well. We had a wonderful dining experience. Went to the bar for a cocktail after dinner and both bartenders were very knowledgeable and the specialty one of a kind drinks were amazing.

This restaurant is amazing! The food and service was phenomenal! The view was epic and they had live music which was great too. They catered to our needs and were so nice about offering dessert on a special occasion. I would highly recommend popping into this venue for a nice meal with a view.
Perfect spot for a sunset dinner. Large portions, attentive staff, and didn't need a reservation to get an ocean side table. Food was good - it wasn't our favorite meal on the big island, but the atmosphere made it worthwhile.
